- Click Calculate for subtotal, wastage and grand total.
- Export to CSV if you like.
How it works
Line total = quantity x (1 + wastage/100) x unit price. Grand total is the sum across rows, shown per group.
Tips
- Use the same units per line (e.g. bags, tons, sq ft).
- Set wastage to 0 for finished goods like fixtures.
- Export CSV to keep a clean digital estimate.
Limitations
Labor and tax are not included — budget those separately.
